Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Dutch national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

This means your package will be delivered securely to your mail slot alongside your regular mail. You do not need to stay home to sign for or receive your package!

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zilquejewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship from the Netherlands, all orders delivered to addresses within the European Union are free from additional customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
